Last updated: June 29, 2026

ClearClauses is currently in free beta. It provides AI-generated information, not legal advice. These Terms are a template provided for general information and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on them.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ClearClauses, an AI contract-clause analysis service operated by Alko Intelligence (“we”, “us”). By using ClearClauses, you agree to these Terms.

Beta service

ClearClauses is provided during a free beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.

Not legal advice

The analysis ClearClauses produces is AI-generated information for general guidance only. It is not legal advice, it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it is no substitute for a qualified attorney. Always consult a licensed attorney before acting on any output from the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, and not to use the contract or content of others without authorization. You also agree not to abuse, automate, scrape, or otherwise use the service in a way designed to exhaust or overload our resources or circumvent rate limits.

Accounts & credits

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Any free credits we provide have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

No warranty & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alko Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the service or its output.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
